Everything Was Done on My Time…
From the time I reached out to Eric to signing papers and walking away with a check; he was amazing. Eric was open and honest about the process, step by step and how everything would Play out. He made sure that everything was done on my time. Once I made up my mind, I told him how much time I would need to get my belongings out of the house. He was respectful and understood my wishes. He gave me a very fair amount for my property. I know some places low ball the heck out of people, however the offer Eric gave me I didn’t feel like I was being played or taken advantage of. I sold a home, and bought a home from Eric. My situation was a bit unique. I needed to get out of my current home, for financial reasons, but was having difficulty finding somewhere to down-size. Eric came across the home I bought from him, within days of signing a contract on my old one. Working with Eric was a pleasure. I ran into unforeseen issues during my moving process which made it difficult to vacate my home in a timely manner after settlement.
